We are an international company, located in the Rheintal in Switzerland, concentrating on the fields of tracking & tracing, navigation systems as well as security techniques. We are currently looking for a Trained assistant for our office and finance department Your responsibility will mainly be working on the telephone, coordinating appointments with our parters, customers and suppliers. You will also care for the correspondence and help our finance department by doing some filing, checking and initial account assignment. Commercial education as well as experience in a similar position are necessary, knowledge in MS-Excel/Word resp. NeoOffice essential, knowledge in ERP appreciated. Working with the internet and e-mail must a routine. We are looking for a highly skilled flexible personality with an excellent knowledge in both German and English, Spanish is appreciated but no obligation. You should be used to work independently in a team and willing to learn new techniques.
