Conforming to the well known OMG standards, logi-mda implements MDA (Model Driven Architecture) including the logi-map™ Mapping technology. The logi-mda model player is implemented in Sun Java J2EE technology, implementing Business Applications as well as GIS applications.

Also applications can be generated, which are combinations of both worlds. So Business Applications with integration in GIS can be generated automatically out of XMI/UML.
